Chelsea has already outspent Liverpool by £83 million. Jude Bellingham's desire of a transfer

To sign Jude Bellingham next summer, Chelsea will likely face stiff competition from clubs like Liverpool, Real Madrid, and Manchester City.

Chelsea has already demonstrated that they have the advantage over Liverpool in the Premier League when it comes to signing Bundesliga players.

The Blues To sign Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund, the Blues will compete with the Reds, Manchester City, Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Bayern Munich. Timo Werner and Christian Pulisic were both signed by Chelsea before they were by Liverpool, despite Jurgen Klopp openly admitting he wanted both players at Anfield.

City, Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Bayern Munich competed for the services of Jude Bellingham of Borussia Dortmund. Timo Werner and Christian Pulisic were both signed by Chelsea before they were by Liverpool, despite Jurgen Klopp openly admitting he wanted both players at Anfield.

Werner and Pulisic may not have thrived during their time at Stamford Bridge, but Todd Boehly and the Blues benefit from a solid track record of acquiring Bundesliga players before their rivals. Bellingham will be in hot demand next summer because Dortmund had previously set a $120 million price tag on the England international, making a club willing to match that amount the most expensive British move in history.

With N'Golo Kante and Mateo Kovacic suffering injuries this season, the midfield has been a concern for the Blues. Both Kante and Jorginho have reached the final year of their existing contracts at Stamford Bridge, and if no renewals are negotiated, both players could leave on a free transfer next summer.

Following a £4 billion takeover earlier this year, Boehly has a clear vision for his transfer plan at Chelsea. Focus has been placed on acquiring contracts for bright young people who have the potential to become elite athletes, safeguarding the club's future and giving the Blues the best opportunity of success in the years to come.

Carney Chukwuemeka, Gabriel Slonina, and Cesare Casadei's arrivals during the summer transfer window served as examples of this, but Bellingham would be a genuine statement signing for Chelsea if they can defeat opposition from their competitors. Boehly plans to support Graham Potter heavily in the upcoming transfer windows, and as the 19-year-old still has four years left on his contract at Dortmund, a large sum will be required to entice him away from Germany.

Declan Rice is another player whose transfer to Chelsea has already been mentioned, and now that the West Ham captain has declined to sign a new contract at the London Stadium, a move to Chelsea is becoming more and more possible. It's unclear if American owner Boehly will be able to recruit both England internationals during the same transfer window, but Bellingham will be a difficult target to capture considering the level of demand in the skilled midfielder.
